There?s a bit of a delay with mattress, but the owner of the company called and upgraded the mattress free of charge and also offered discount on all my next orders. Really appreciate this is so helpful thank you and also will be delivering it himself today. Marvellous customer service fantastic because this is not how he normally works. He likes to keep all customers happy and I am extremely happy once again thank you very much and highly recommend this store.

Really poor customer service.Purchased 4 mattresses at £600 and only 1 was the correct mattress. Upon contacting to ask for the correct ones to be delivered we have been told there was a label error and we have revlcieved the right mattresses. This is not the case as three do not have memory foam like the correct one and are considerably harder that the chosen correct one. My advice is to steer clear of this company due to lack of customer care and willingness to help.Phone call after phone call and a number of emails including photo evidence and still nothing. Very poor attitude and don't seem bothered.
