The staff at this bank are not helpful, and we couldn?t understand anything from them. I?ve been there five times, going back and forth trying to open a bank account, but I couldn?t understand anything from them. Every time I go, they say the name is incorrect, they want a triple name, then a quadruple name, and we still couldn?t understand anything from them. They didn?t communicate the information clearly, and their attitude is very poor.

First time at this branch as the one in my town closed. Waited 25 minutes before I could deposit my cash, I was finished in less than a minute. When I was leaving the queue was almost to the door. Why do you keep closing branches and creating this situation?

Left work twice this morning to visit the bank this morning only to be told they are closed because they are having a staff meeting during the working day? Very poor service from this franchise. More needs to be done for the average 9-5 worker who cannot visit without leaving work.

Horrendous service and staff. Catherine Ferro watch out for her, she has a chip on her shoulder and thinks she?s above you so will use any excuse to belittle and not treat you with respect. She definitely needs traning, the branch too its okay, but Catherine Ferro needs more training as she isn?t as good as she probably thinks she is.
