Excellent customer service from both members of staff present. Friendly and professional, giving the impression they are keen to provide a good service in a manner and at a time that suits the customer. I booked on a Sunday and was seen 10 minutes later!

I?m a disabled driver, and KwikFit close at 4pm. The R A C. Took my car to KwikFit Accrington as my front tyre was in shreds. It was probably about 2.45pm when they towed my car away from my home outside of Accrington .
I received a call at 3.55pm to say they would be able to have my car ready by half past..
They waited for me to arrive, my car ready and no rush just patiently waited for me.
So helpful and made sure everything was ok.
I?m so happy with the attention and help I received , especially as my car is my freedom and I had hospital appointments the following day. Thank You?

£52 for an Mot I had to get with you as it was due to expire and you had it had for weeks because of damage you caused and had to cancel it with the dealership I have a service and mot plan with 3 times due to my vehicle taking so long to come back to me will never use Kwik fit again

Took car in for 2 new tyres and a staff member reversed car into ramp which had another car on. This caused significant damage to car. I definitely won't be a repeat customer. I have used kwik fit for years but never again

Service was slow, waited at least 15 minutes before someone bothered to come to reception desk and talk to me. Car was booked in for tyres to be checked at 4.30pm, I know it needed 2 new rear tyres because they were down to the limit markers on the tyres. I was asked to come back the next day because they already had 3 cars waiting for tyres to be fitted. Next morning arrived at 8.30am, was then told my tyres couldn't be replaced because they had 3mm and had to be 2mm before the Lease company would allow them to be changed? complete waste of time.. will not use Kwik-Fit Accrington Ever!

I am sorry to leave this review but it may help other customers in my situation.
I telephoned the company on Friday to book my car in to have a brake fluid change on Saturday.
After waiting several minutes whilst the gentleman found out that the price was £64.50 I proceeded with the booking.
I offered my name and all of the details of my vehicle but was told that was not necessary and to bring the car at 2:30 pm the following day.
I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted at the desk by a gentleman who informed me I had not booked my car in there. I corrected him and explained that indeed I had.
He began to enter the details of my car after telling me it would be at least an hour as he was working on another vehicle.
I was happy to wait as I was meeting my husband at 3:30 pm.
I was then told after confirming the details that my car would not be having its brake fluid changed at kwik Fit Accrington as it is a Hybrid car and the person trained to do that was no longer employed there.
He told me he wasn't trained so it wouldn't be done.
When I asked where the closest Kwik fit with a trained person was he replied Chorley.
He did not at any point offer to ring them to try to secure an appointment Or even give me their number.
As I was leaving he did say sorry bu your car isn't being done here.
If other people are saved a wasted day as I was then my post may be useful to others.

Great job done l, talked you through any additional jobs you may want doing so you can make the right choice.
My head's currently all over the place so I can't even remember names but everyone I encountered today with my ford focus deserves a raise.

The receptionist claims that he called me on the phone for a key for the wheel bolts. I have no missed calls. The brakes were not checked, as stated in the order. When I told him that it was in an easy place in the car and they could check the brakes, he refused on the pretext that there was no time. I don't plan on visiting you again.
