Went through the drive through, ordered bargain bucket and popcorn chicken. Was told to move to waiting area. Didn't figure it would take long as there were no other cars coming through the drive through, and only 5 cars on the car park. 20 minutes later, my disabled son was getting so stressed, my wife went in and got our money back, and we went to McDonald's, I would advise anyone else to do the same.

I enjoyed the food but the service was diabolical to start my food was slammed on the table by a guy who didn?t even make eye contact and just walked of fumbling the the table service tag then when I approached the counter as they had forgot my sauces I was ignored for about five minutes before I had to ask for for assistance then I was just glared at and handed my sauces with absolutely no words from anyone found them all very ignorant and looks a very unhappy work place doubt I shall return there as staff were so unwelcoming can?t believe it has any customers poor service

Open until just before 11pm... you order just after 10pm, then they call you 45 minutes later to say they do not have the stock. When just moments before people were ordering in store and collecting. And they call us to make us cancel the order because they don't want it to be seen them cancelling their end. Shocking ?

Paid for 8 piece bucket but when got home and opened bag there were only 6 pieces. Worth checking your purchase before leaving the restaurant.

Sadly the food was a let down the fried chicken was extremely greasy on appearance and tasted as like the oil it was cooked in was old

Ordered £55 worth of food but didn?t get everything delivered. When trying to call to sort the problem nobody would answer. Finally got through and was told that the missing food couldn?t be redelivered. Shocking service. Shouldn?t be hard to put everything in the order.

Whilst the food and service were good and me and the wife enjoyed our meal I did notice that the restaurant itself could do with a thorough clean. There were cobwebs on the lights and high on the walls, the floor needed a good sweep under the tables and both bins were full to almost overflowing. The restaurant itself wasn?t particularly busy with only 5 tables in but they seemed to have quite a few online orders. The first spork we picked up was not good and would have splintered in my mouth if not checked first but I suppose that?s the risk with wooden cutlery.

I request to the HR to replace all staff because this staff is totally stupid behaviour. Staff member told me to give the 5 star feedback how crazy staff. But this KFC need a NEW STAFF.

Went he Saturday to get a triple gravy bucket. On arrival told they couldn't sell me one as they'd run out of gravy. 7pm and they'd run ot of gravy. So I ordered my usual 6 piece wicked variety bucket [6 pieces of chicken, 4 strips 8 hot wings] and a large popcorn. I had to wait in the hatched area for the order which was brought over and I was asked if mine was the wicked variety bucket, yes and took it. On arriving home the first thing was there was no popcorn, then I noticed there were 2 small packet in the bag. In the first bag were 4 strips, strange as they are normally in the bucket. In the 2nh packet there were 4 strips. Now worried I looked in the bucket and found 8 hot wings and 8 strips no chicken. When I checked my bank account I'd only been charged for a 6 piece wicked bucket, he had put the popcorn on the order.How do you get it so wrong. Needless to say won't be going to Accrington KFC again will try Blackburn.

Sadly they often make mistakes with very basic orders. The cost of missing items and wrong orders is adding up and complaints fall on deaf ears. Likewise when you're told to park in a specific spot and have to go looking for your food 15 minutes later only to be blamed for being in the wrong spot when you get your food (a further 10 minutes later) is really poor customer service, especially when combined with no apology and zero efforts to make good on their team's (or own) mistakes on any occasion.
Food is okay, or sometimes good, but generally usually better at the various other KFC stores I've visited over the years.

On arriving the carpark was full of litter from over full bin.
Inside the floor inside was strewn with serviettes and food waste, 3 tables were occupied and only one of the empty tables was clean, no sign of anyone cleaning round except new customers clearing and cleaning tables.
what a disgrace .
The staff working in the kitchens working full out with constant uber and just eats deliveries and queueing customers, the food was good yet the overall ambience of the place spoiled for want of extra staff, a cleaner .
7pm on a Friday, not like they can't afford one .

Food missing, gravy pots just thrown in the bag which then leaked in the car. Not the first time food is missing by the way.
Definitely won't be using this place again.
