I had very bad experience. I have purchased worth 4k and return extra time back and it?s been 5 weeks waiting for refund. Women who served at store she is so rude now sure how manager not notice her attitude. We have many store in Blackburn but we tried to used them but never buy anything in future project. Please stay away from store and special women working I store she so reuse point of sales and after sales.

Went to buy garden decking. Choose what we wanted then stood at the tills. 3 staff members just sat there completely ignored us for a good 7 minutes. Never said a word to us in that time. Disgusting hewson. In the end we walked out. Will buy our decking elsewhere. Friendly and attentive staff go a long way in my book.
