Turned up. Sat outside for a couple of minutes, nobody there.
All the equipment was still out and the shutters were open but nobody around? Lights in the little control room were off. Weird. Maybe they were hiding? Maybe a little work shy? Who knows

Zero stars would be more appropriate.
Strong chemicals marked all my paint on my classic car had a wedding the next morning had to spend 4 hours trying to Polish out the marks the night before. Emailed the company and had zero response......shocking company need shutting down

Absolutely terrible service from the staff . They talk to you like you are stupid. I paid for the rain guard wash they only gave me a basic wash . Imo head office you need to address the attitude from your staff. Just read a few of the comments a lot says staff attitude problems.

Car behind ran into my car, the driver could speak any English doubt he has a licence, as he wouldn?t show it.
I spoke to the IMO operator who spoke to the other driver and both said no one has hit you.

This is the second time I have purchased the Diamond Wax service, but unfortunately, the customer service has been again disappointing. It has made me reconsider returning in the future. I may be better off going to the hand wash on Blackburn Road or doing it myself.

Terrible decision i made going to the imo car wash and the customer service is terrible stay away i recently visited the imo car wash and the machine violently ripped my wing mirror off my car and i filled in the incident report and was told i would be contacted but it was left a week and i tried calling them and the phone just goes off theres no option to talk to anyone the just say goodbye and put the phone down so I emailed them and the offered me 40 pounds for a 150 pounds wing mirror second hand without fitting and thay just make every excuse in the book not to pay

Foreign workers with a terrible stinking insulant attitude to local paying customers. Stay clear and get a proper hand wash for a couple of quid more!

Many times mysteriously the card machine not working so cash only, well if I have to pay my taxes so do they. Well done that's how you lose customers.

Moody people working here, it's like they don't want to be there but are forced to be there, that's the way they act with you. And the wash is awful you Definantely don't get what you pay for. Rushed job and at the end of it, it's like you haven't even been to wash your car.
