I just wanted to say that Holland and Barrett have created the best no added sugar chocolate bars I've ever had (I've tried a LOT!) Please never take them away from this store ? they're remarkable

Tried to call the store and phone sent me to head office. Kept on hold whilst they tried to put me through, five minutes later I hung up and went to Argos. All I wanted was to see if they had a product in stock!!! Had to leave one star to post the review.

Disgusting parking charges. Don't mind paying the little bit for all day parking but when you're hit with a charge of £100 for parking for 50 minutes then that's scandalous. I've heard rumours the place is getting knocked down to build houses. I actually hope this is true.

How to make a business work in Accrington? Just charge a pound. Genius. Packet of biscuits £1. Sausage roll £1. Car parking space £1?..apparently. I mean how you can afford to place properly advertise £1 car parking if nobody actually uses the car park. Signage obviously costs a LOT of money. Now the true genius behind this company cottoned onto a great idea. If they can?t get enough customers to support signage costs then they will just hit them after the fact for £100 for the privilege of parking in the car park. After all the customers just want to support the local town centre so it?s only right they would want to help them build some credit to put towards some greedy cancerous owners, sorry I meant signage costs. This blatant exploitation is a clear example of everything that is now wrong with Accrington. A once quaint little market town to a place where everything now costs £1, or so we are led to believe!!

They have an atrocious supercilious attitude in this shop, l go in here because it is the only shop in Accrington, l can source my product. There hasn't been a time I haven't had an attitude of snobriety from the sales assistants in this place, there a disgrace to humanity - yous are sales assistants in a herbal shop, not Brain Surgeons. Get a grip of your attitudes.
