Might be useful if it was EVER open beyond the measly mid-week hours. Definitely not a bank that is about it's customers. Actually wanting to deposit cash, but it's like they don't actually want my money.

All Halifax Staff are always friendly , polite & very professional . They even go out of their way to assist you with your enquiry's . Excellent customer service I've received everytime if not in store then on the phone .

I have just been in with my wife to add her to a online saver account, and a instant saver account. Told looking online, pop into any branch to add a person, just need ID. Nop, you have to have an appointment, wouldn't mind but, a young lad who wasn't doin anything, couldn't/wouldn't help, as there are regulations. I wouldn't mind, but I have shares, share account, current account, and savings accounts.
