Only had coffee and it was OK as expected from greggs,, I asked a lady behind the counter if I could use the toilet please love? not being from accrington so didn't want to go find a public toilet ( iam also disabled ) she rolled her eyes but didn't answer me, she slowly walk from behind the counter and opened the door to the toilet , I said Thank you, no reply, didn't even look at me,
People from accrington are in general very nice,, maybe this lady was having a bad day,, but is that my fault??

Absolutely lovely Greggs, staff are all wonderful and very attentive :D definitely our favourite Greggs in Accrington, great place for breakfast or a nice pastry, 10/10

Someone must have sold their soul to start this business because I've never otherwise experienced a fast food place that I crave this much. Their steak bakes are out of this world. If I had a baby boy I'd consider naming him gregg after Britain's national treasure. Also if you order carryout from Uber you can get 6 bakes for 8.50. I love you Gregg's.

Called in a few times with my brother and sister-in-law to the Accrington store. And your lucky to get the breakfast meal. 10.15am this morning breakfast roll incomplete because they ran out of an ingredient. Considering that this was 45 minutes until the breakfast menu ended. Was charged extra for extra ingredient that should have been in place of the missing ingredient. Not good to be honest there menu states until 11.am. this is not the first time this has happened, but the first time that I have complained.....
