Gabby S at the Manchester branch was an exceptionally good adviser - our first purchase fell through and we found another home which was better for us. Gabby was on the ball with the application, submitted everything really quickly and responded to every question we had with so much reassurance and care. We honestly couldn't recommend Lewis highly enough! From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge and dedication were exceptional. He went above and beyond to secure us the best possible mortgage deal, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making what can be a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.
What really stood out was his continued support throughout the entire process. Even long after we'd received our mortgage offer, Lewis was always willing to revisit our options, adapt to changing circumstances and help us make the best decisions. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and we always felt confident that he genuinely had our best interests at heart.
His communication, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, particularly when plans changed along the way.

As a first time buyer, finding the right mortgage and buying a house was very daunting. However, Jack and Alison made the whole process as painless as possible for me. They had the answer to all of my questions, took the time to listen to all of my queries and make immediate adjustments. I have been dealing with Adrian, Emily and Alison at Gordon Anthony Mortgages, who are based in Accrington, Lancashire. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in the same boat as myself. Despite a messy divorce, Adrian took care of the situation and took away some of the added pressures that I was feeling. The whole team are professional and very knowledgeable in their craft. Adrian goes way above and his attention to detail is second to none. I have felt reassured throughout the process and he has gotten me a great deal with the bank.
