this is my worst experience with this beauty salon, it?s terrible.. girls pay a lot of money for courses, certificates are invalid.. many girls left this salon with damaged hair! Be careful with this person!

I don't recommend it, she's the biggest scammer, she doesn't embezzle money, she hasn't even attended the course, she's a very deceived girl, stay as far away as possible from this person, she sends fake bank invoices to embezzle money!!!!! The biggest lie!!!

She doesn't work with cpdanymore, and cpd is notaccreditation, so dont be fool to do trainings at her salon. AVOID !!!!Shame on you!!!!

Definitely do not recommend using any training services with this company. Courses are not accredited as they announce. She is also selling uncredited certificates to other technicians to train others. Owner is not refunding money to girls who haven?t received training due to owners fault. By all means avoid this place.

Tried the Keratin straightening treatment on my Afro European mixed hair and have been blown away by the results. Terrible customer service I?m afraid. Gel nails were not capped & are peeling after 2 days. Needed to rearrange next appointment. Was told very bluntly that policy was 72 hours to change or I would have to pay to move the appointment. It was a legitimate need that meant I couldn?t attend. I completely understand having a policy, but good customer service is knowing when to waive it. Instead I lost the amount I had pre-paid for the treatment. I?m sorry, but I will not be using this salon again.Service: Pedicure
