“Rang everywhere yesterday after my husband attended a&e after getting metal in his eye and the dr at royal blackburn didn’t want to remove it until specialist was in on Monday but he was in agony, they suggested ringing round places that could do it which was a lot harder than I thought! A lot are reluctant to do it! I rang boots opticians accy and a lovely lady answered who confirmed they could fit him in the same day. I was so lucky to get him in with an optician qualified to do this not too far away from Darwen. We just want to say thank you he’s feeling so much better really appreciate you getting him in at such short notice and the fantastic service received all round. If the time comes I need glasses or an eye test etc I’ll definately travel the extra few miles to use this store!”

“The team were great!Unfortunately their was a mix up and I had been double booked, but they went out of their way to make sure I was seen.Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful.The optician was helping me complete a form and was again incredibly friendly and polite and helped to not only complete the form but also explain certain things to me and offer advice.Within the appointment he also discussed contact lenses with me, thus saving me from having to have another appointment.Overall impeccable service.”
