Just before we arrived at costa we went to Greggs to buy a sousage roll for doughter. Once we walked in to Costa Missus stayed in queue while i went to toilet and daughter took a seat. We did not plan to stay at costa but just imagine that some women who work at costa approched my 7 year old daughter and said to her, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT GREGGS IN HERE, SORRY. Sousage roll was just on table unpacked, she was just waiting for me and missus. Just imagine, 7 YEAR OLD KID. Instead of talking to her parents, woman decided to challenge a 7 year old girl.

Unfortunately I found this visit to accy Costa very disappointing ,
A very poor atmosphere only made worse by the overly load staff cackling and making sure everyone could hear their stories making it impossible to have a quiet relaxing 20 minutes .
This is not just me other customers also commented .

Another example of Google spying and still getting it wrong.
I have indeed walked past, I have seen people drinking their hot beverages whilst eating. And I have noticed the scent of coffee wafting from the general direction.
So I can confirm that Costa does indeed sell coffee and if past experience is anything to go by, it is vastly superior to the hot brown water that a well known fast food restaurant nearby sells under the same name.

Clean the toilets I literally had to ask
To use disabled loo as the other was soaking wet if I?d have dropped my trousers they?d have ended up in piss. Entered the disabled toilet to see it exact the same but at least this one had less loo roll on the floor and some left in the dispenser

Not a big fan of Costa Coffee it's to strong for my liking but if you like strong coffee this is the place for you at least in summer you can sit outside at the tables and chairs which is nice

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair access but a bit of a squeeze inside but not to bad
