I had a very disappointing experience at CeX Accrington. From the moment I walked in, I didn?t feel welcomed at all?no hello or acknowledgment. The staff member, a lady, treated me as if I was about to shoplift, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
I was interested in a phone, but it was turned off. While I was waiting for it to turn on, she took it away to put it back on display before I even had the chance to check it properly. I had to ask again just to be able to look at the phone.
When I finally decided to buy the phone, the checkout experience was just as disappointing. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing?it felt very cold and unprofessional.
For a shop that relies on customers buying second-hand phones and electronics, I expected much better customer service. Sadly, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

Went in today to fix a PS5 controller. They replaced the button for FREE! Great customer service, will be visiting again. Thank you gents!

Bought a phone, had it a week and found it wasn't compatible with an app I needed, took it back they exchanged it no quibble. Spent a lot of time sorting new phone, couldn't do enough for me, highly recommended, would definitely buy from them again.

Great service recently from JAZZ P (staff member on reciept) i bought a phone and had it for 2 weeks, i had a few issues with it but jazz helped me with no issues whatsoever he exchanged it for me no problem for another model while being professional and polite. Great service 5 ?

Went in on Fri 18th April to get a Xbox Series X so I could join in with gaming days/evenings with my partner and our friend.
The person who sold me the xbox was incredibly friendly and it was a nice and easy process!
Sadly, the xbox wasn't working that well when I took it home and I couldn't log in at times and when I downloaded a game it just crashed.
I took it back on Sat 19th and the staff were very helpful and found an issue with the xbox and replaced it for me! They apologised but its no ones fault, I'm just happy to now have a working xbox!
Definatley recommend, all staff are knowledge in games and consoles (whereas, I have no clue ? haha)

Small store but packed with tech and game goodies. A nerds paradise. Super helpful staff. Looks incredibly well managed. Highly recommended.

This is a good CeX, the staff are friendly and don't smell like most stores, The store is extremely clean and they are always happy to help. Prices are okay (not good) but okay. Extra 5 warranty helps

Nice store, cool random finds on retro games and stuff, but their trade in prices are very low, i know its a business you have to make money, but such a large margin its just not good, other companies pay a lot higher i have found

This is not somewhere I would normally visit. But I had a variety of stuff that my son no longer used, so I thought I'd see what they would offer.I was served by Louis and I cant believe how relaxed and helpful he was. Thanks very much Louis!
