“Gave the car a good wash - hasn't looked so clean for years. Wasn't very clear for a first time customer exactly what to do and the attendant didn't seem to speak any English, instead pointing at a sign. Not very friendly. Will visit again as I have 12 months worth of vouchers from car insurance comparison site!”
