Over priced ,manager and most staff are miserable ,not friendly at all ,manger and most staff treat customers like they are giving stuff for free, I went for a refund couldn't believe the reaction of the manager was so rude and miserable ,I was very dissapointed , ???not even deserve one star !!!

Never opens on time , customers get fed up and go , overpriced clothing seen a lot of used items more expensive than in the shops brand new.Price tag on dress brand new £5 , heart foundation priced it up at £5.99 .Noticed they now sell mostly new ornaments, hats , cards, bags etc . Not really a charity shop anymore. Looked at a little bag (not even leather or from a named store and it was priced £19.99 ??? no wonder it lost customers.
