Rang everywhere yesterday after my husband attended a&e after getting metal in his eye and the dr at royal blackburn didn?t want to remove it until specialist was in on Monday but he was in agony, they suggested ringing round places that could do it which was a lot harder than I thought! A lot are reluctant to do it! I rang boots opticians accy and a lovely lady answered who confirmed they could fit him in the same day. I was so lucky to get him in with an optician qualified to do this not too far away from Darwen. We just want to say thank you he?s feeling so much better really appreciate you getting him in at such short notice and the fantastic service received all round. If the time comes I need glasses or an eye test etc I?ll definately travel the extra few miles to use this store!

Great opticians. Get treated well. Had my glasses made and today collected them. Tried on, had arms made to my fit. Checked I could see OK with them. Friendly staff.

Exceptionally thorough and comprehensive NHS eye test which took far longer than others I have experienced in the past? I would highly recommend this practice for their professional service.

I thought the service I recieved was excellent from start to finish, the receptionist was very polite and really helpful and proffessional, the optician was equally exellent.
The only reason I gave 4* was the shop is dated and at first when I arrived on the road where boots opticians Accrington is I thought it had closed down and I was in the wrong place.

Im getting long in the tooth now and appreciate people making me feel welcome and my business appreciated ( It can be rare nowadays ) and i couldnt have asked for any better 5 star treatment at accrington than i got this week .....excellent

The actual optician is amazing, thorough and lovely! How ever, the front of house staff, are awful, patronising, look down at people, judgemental and no customer service skills what so ever!

The staff were amazingly friendly, from the very first call to the visit. The optician was calm with me after tears. He gave me lots of time and took time to explain in detail what was wrong and the medication I needed following my appointment. A fantastic service

I am not impressed that they only adjust glasses they sell I don?t think they are legal not doing this unless you lie about it because they won?t even clean them very poor service I don?t do negative reviews lightly
