Popped in today on the off chance of my husbands prescription being on the system , as my nominated pharmacy hadn't received it due to a mistake being made at the doctors. The young assistant was extremely professional and not only found the ordered medication from 25th October but also medication ordered on Friday 1st November. All in all brilliant service ?

Would normally have given 2 or 3 star as staff normally not bad but rarely smile, but there was one yesterday Wednesday the 29th Nov who was extremely rude and off hand and am sure had never smiled since birth was grumpy and lazy and just did not or could not or couldn't lower herself to serve a customer who had been stood there for too long while she hid behind the counter,was discourteous to the point where one old gentleman walked away totally dismayed how we had been treated by this glorified till operator. Perhaps the management would like to remind staff how to treat customers and where their wages come from ( blackburn asda chemist's recently closed due to not been used by the public) Perhaps they transfered this jumped up till operator from there to close the Accrington branch. There are many hundreds of chemist shops all over East lancs and my future chemist will be one of those and not asda, My money and my prescriptions will go where I go. Ps The man who usually runs things down there is allways courteous and knows how to treat and talk to customers.

Extremely helpful polite staff.The actual pharmacist is such a lovely guy and always so chirpy and helpful! ... I changed my designated pharmacy from somewhere else to here just because of how the staff treat you when you go.

Room of improvement required. Not always get what is prescribed. No doubt get all the funds for the prescription from the Government and also keep the medicine. Would love to be there when they do a stock take. Surprised they don?t get inspected. Richard and the pharmacy assistants are the only people working there that are understanding and speak to the service users with respect.
