This Asda thinks it's okay to keep taking payments out of an account for shopping we never received, it was a £60 shop so far they've taken nearly £700 for this shopping what I've never had no matter how many times we ring they tell us they're sorting it out but then another payment gets taken so I wouldnt trust the crooks if i was youse so far it's week 4 of them doing nothing still

Just shopped at asda after long period of illness and overcharged by £3.73 on a £62 bill husband been doing shopping so not used to prices how many others have been ripped off by not checking bills please do will not be shopping there again and spreading word to all

Click and collect is worst. No one came to take the order; I waited 30 minutes for someone to take the order number, but no one did. This Accrington ASDA is the worst place to order click and collect.

Left a review over a year ago thought i would give it another chance nothing has changed still rubbish everywhere stock not put on shelves had a trolley full of shopping had to scan myself as no-one on till yet about 4 staff stood round self-service checkouts no wonder it's going to the dogs

Very very poor service. Store had rubbish all over the floor. 24/12/24. Self service tills. Assistant needs to be not so grumpy. Moaned about everything. Just a horrible person. She shouldn?t be dealing with the public. No skills whatsoever. Approx 05:30am. Obviously didn?t want to be at work. I don?t usually shop in Asda. Won?t be back. Nasty staff. Nasty store.

Dirty no staff every week I have waited an hour for my click and collect I once gave this place 5 stars its gone downhill fast... I have collected shopping today and waited for the usual hour as It wasn't even ready I have meat that goes off today packaging is batterd things missing I won't be going back I would rather spend an extra few quid and use tesco I've never had an issue with tesco at Harwood it seems that thr management can't manage properly

Went in for just a card and some flowers for my uncle, glanced over to the stationary section and wow I was so surprised when I looked at the price I?d not seen such cheap stationary in years! I had never really liked Asda however the prices of the stationary and other food items amazed me?.
