I visited yesterday very rude staff member. Purchased a battery firstly was supplied wrong. Had to then go all the way back to the store was supplied another battery with the wrong ratings for the specification on the vehicle he said I'd fitted the battery which didn't happen as stated not correct for my vehicle he muttered I was taking the piss then he couldn't even put my refund back onto my card had to pay cash . The shop is in need of a major clean up I will be reporting to health and safety Monday avoid .

My car battery recently packed in and I was stuck ...no car and still quiet bad ice on the ground near me. I phoned a few places who could fit ine but not for a few days. I phoned A-Z Car Care and explained my car was dead and because I was unable to take it there he offered to come to my home when the shop closed. He arrived shortly after 7pm and fit a new battery into my car within 20 minutes all for a very reasonable price. Thank you for such great customer care it was above and beyond. One very appreciative customer.
