The waitress who served us was absolutely amazing. The food was served quickly and was all piping hot.

It's a pretty low-key restaurant. But our possibly the best food in England. Italian of course...?. We've been here twice, about six months apart and out of season. But we were really impressed agin and again. We had no problem getting a seat. The service worked very well. And the food is really great. If you don't like oysters and seafood, which of course kind of begs the question of what the hell you're doing in Whitstable, then you definitely can't miss Zizi...?

Gareth- what can I say genuinely a cut above the rest when it comes to service. A few things I wasn?t a fan of (but personal preference) in no way a negative against anything they had served, yet he noticed and would alter things to please. Having had a really rubbish time lately and celebrating my daughters 13th, he made the visit a lot more pleasant. Would definitely return in hope he was my waiter again!

Poor quality and overpriced food. Chicken was not cooked correctly. Food was served cold; I've had more satisfaction from a microwave meal.

Very good food, we shared the Grande Antipasti and a good Malbec. Marija, our server, was prompt, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our meal and the friendliness of the staff.

Outstandingly warm and friendly service from Gareth and Kayley - so much so I felt compelled to write this review purely because of them. Wonderful people. Thank you both, you made our evening.

Dirty water jug. Meatballs were like a ragu..,, no balls. Mine was advertised as pan fried sea bass with a pouring sauce. It had been coated in rice flour and pan fried. The pouring sauce was a pot of mayonnaise. The waitress was the only redeeming feature. Grubby. We will not

Card only place, refusing to take cash legal tender in UK. Staff polite enough. Atmosphere somehow somber! Place to be avoided.

Keighley served us and was attentive with a friendly smile and disposition - qualities not always met by waiting staff, so thank you Keighley!

We tried to eat at Zizzi in Whitstable on 26 August 2023, but were refused entrance as ?the kitchen was closed?. According to the website that was not the case, and when we pointed this out we were met with a louder, angrier voice simply reiterating that we would not be let in. Avoid this place.

An average pasta meal at best. There are far better Italian restaurants in Whitstable. It pays to look around, as we found out, finding some much better quality Italian food.
