When purchasing my house, Mr Bishopp was very helpful, calm and a useful negotiator when dealing with a difficult situation with my buyer that he resolved. They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

We have just sold with Bishopp and his team. We first used them 6 yrs ago to sell and buy our current home with. The outstanding service we received then made us think we would use them again.This time around we were treated to the same highest level of service. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We received an excellent service throughout our property sale with Woodward and Bishopp. The brochure was of extremely high quality, with professional photography and video tour. Bishopp and David were very personable, polite, friendly and helpful in all our communication with them. They were always on hand and helpful during the after sales process. Offering excellent advice without being pushy or invasive. The sale of the property was extremely quick. Overall the service we received was outstanding and we would highly recommend them.

I have had a very positive experience with Woodward and Bishopp when selling my property. Sadly the same cannot be said of other Estate Agents I have dealt with over the years. All the office staff at W&B were always pleasant and helpful and David Creasey went out of his way to iron out problems and eventually secure a sale for me.I would have no hesitation in using them again and I would certainly recommend them to others.

We can't extol the virtues of this Estate agency enough. From beginning to end (and through covid) they have always gone way & beyond in professionalism, care and approachability.
