Absolutely delighted with our new carpet laid so wonderfully by Nick and Lloyd. No messing or fussing about just super professional attention to detail. Stripes are so not easy to achieve perfection with, but I honestly cannot fault Nicks faultless work. So pleased I have found this family as I will be using them again. Highly recommend Nick and Lloyd at Whitstable Carpets.From start to finish they made this process less painful than we anticipated. They offer a lovely range of options and on doing his survey and measuring Nick offered some great advice.We had to replace carpets in all bedrooms, landing, stairs and lounge yet with their help (and patience) the process went very smoothly and we are really happy with the outcome. Family run business who gave me overall great service. Starting with their help deciding what flooring I wanted in the shop without trying to flog me the most expensive products. Sue is lovely.Nick is meticulous and Lloyd was just so polite and helpful.Some work was subbed out which was a shame because there were a few small snags but once raised to Nick they were very quicky put right. I had carpet on stairs and landing and laminate in bedrooms and it looks fantastic. I'd definitely recommend supporting this family local business
