Had my prescription for the first time, and the lady on the phone extremely helpful. Moved me to their Seasalter branch for dosette boxes and deliveries due to disabilities. Prompt and great. Only issue is no test message to warn my of delivery in the day as asked.

Hi I recently visited your pharmacy at whitstable and I cannot believe how knowledgeable , professional and courteous your member of staff Angie was, I had a problem with a bad back and couldn't get a doctors appointment she was brilliant and showed me what was available without a prescription of which my purchase helped me . She gave me time and made me feel I was a valued customer,I wouldn't hesitate to go there again and will certainly recommend this chemist well done Tyrrel and Jones she is a great asset to you of which are hard to find these days .

I used to go to Boots when we first moved to Whitstable 16 years ago, but the staff at T & J have stolen my heart. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they?ve even waited for me past 18h00 when my bus was late.
When I walk into the store, I am welcomed like a family member; by name and with warm smiles all round! Their service is excellent! I can talk the hind legs off several donkeys, but I've never once felt rushed or not heard. Whoever I speak to answers my questions patiently without making me feel silly.
Angie, Prash, Bailey, Mike, Alex and the rest of the team, thank you for making visits to the pharmacy feel like going home for hot chocolate on an icey winter?s day!

excellent service ! I was not able to collect medication when I called the pharmacy to explain my situation the staff were really helpful and offered to deliver the medication to me that day . ! Great service

As a busy individual the home delivery service for prescriptions has been a game changer. No more queuing at the supermarket for ages. My repeat prescription delivered to the door, on time and by a lovely lady. This pharmacy have a great customer service ethic. why we didn?t use them sooner i don?t know.

Since the closure of EV pharmacy we have gone with Tyrell and Jones .. Why did we not do this sooner? Amazing and personal service, prescriptions delivered to your home promptly with no delivery fee.Cannot recommend highly enough. Great service, every time.
