Incredible little shop ? I always pop in when out with the family in whitstable. The staff are lovely, friendly and always happy to help ? was in 06/10/23 where I brought some very lucky Pokémon booster sets ?. Thank you for not being one of those awful shops that weigh the packs !! 10/10 x

Great shop with a good range of toys, puzzles, games, etc.The staff are fantastic and really helpful. They really know about the items they stock and are able to suggest alternatives if the item you are looking for is out of stock/not available.

Cracking toy shop - looks a bit tatty on the outside but don?t be put off! A child?s (and excited grandma?s) dream. Traditional games, puzzles and construction toys as well as newer trends. Love this place ?

This place is magical and my children just love it! It's the sort of shop that children press their nose up against the glass and gasp at! The owner is knowledgeable, very caring and goes well out of her way to ensure contented customers - children and parents alike. As a Mum of a child with special needs this ls an excellent place to shop with them in tow as the understanding and patience of special needs is incredible. Add to all this an excellent array of toys, new trends and educational items and you have the perfect toy shop. Cannot recommend highly enough. You must visit to see for yourself!!

During lockdown, the owner went above and beyond expectations. The shop had closed for the day & in desperate need of a toy, I called and the owner confirmed she was at home. However, after informing her of the situation, she asked me to place the order online. She then returned to the store in order to meet and hand me my order. Fantastic service!Toys ?N? Trends has a wide variety of items to select from. Staff are super friendly and helpful - this stems from excellent management.

Went all the way to whitstable today, wanted to go to this place as they sell jellycats. Got there and a chain across the door! Not letting people in, I?m not being served on street, kids wanted to browse all the toys, sad to say my two young kids were disappointed as they had birthday money to spend, So we went elsewhere, shame this business lost out on quite a bit of cash today, because they?re the only shop in the high street still doing cov!d nonsense .
