Helped me get photos and video of my late dog from an old phone and didn't charge me a penny

Called about a damaged phone (pulled the back off when trying to open the phone case, dislodging the SIM etc, was told to come in, guys were friendly & happy to help. They fixed it at no charge (I did buy a new case). Exceptional!
