Attended the pharmacy today, was closed between 2:30 - 3pm as no pharmacist available. When she came back was told I?d have a half hour wait as two members of staff had gone for a break at the same time, not impressed as had to return back to work once I?ve collected. Managers need to get managing efficiently!!

On Friday evening I came to Tesco to shop. Sadly, on return to my car, it wouldn't start
I'd sadly left my phone at home. The security guard, a very tall gentleman allowed me to use the phone at the customer service desk to call my husband who could then contact our breakdown service. Unfortunately they were overrun with calls & couldn't get to me. Another young man, shorter & blond advised me to register the car in order to avoid a fine. My daughter collected me & my shopping & make my way home. The 2 men at the security desk were so helpful & kind. The 2 ladies behind customer services were also kind, efficient & so helpful. Fortunately on Saturday the car did eventually start & is now awaiting repair. Their help & kindness were so helpful, even as far as to say to inform them if we received a fine letter to let them know & they'd do their best to get it cancelled. I ask please that you please make sure Their calm, kind help was so much appreciated
They are all a credit to themselves & to their employers. Thankyou.

We have used Tesco Extra for years. The staff are always helpful and either know exactly where something is or will actually walk you to the item needed. Recently we had cause to visit their Phone store to buy a new mobile. The help and time Kyle spent helping my wife with her new phone was exceptional. 10 our 10 for his efforts.

Woman with the bun in her hair has a disgusting behaviour towards customers in the self-scan aera she shouts so everyone can hear, the way she rips the handset out of your hands the power has clearly gone to her head, when I approached customer service to call the manager(Toni-Ann ) before she arrived I was told that this woman is constantly getting shocking customer feedback and worse still the management knows about it. READ THESE REVIEWS THERE IS A PROBLEM..I AM TAKING MY CUSTOM IMMEDIATELY TO SAINSBURY'S AND MARKS AND SPENCER FOR MY EASTER SHOPPING AND WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THIS DISGUSTING PLACE AGAIN, BAD MANAGEMENT CHOICE THIS WOMAN IS IN THE WRONG AND IT NEEDS DEALING WITH AND FAST. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I visited this store this evening to purchase a variety of canned goods, totaling £113, for our local food bank. However, at the checkout, I was told they wouldn?t accept pound coins. I was absolutely shocked and extremely disappointed by this policy. I spoke to customer service in hopes of resolving the matter, but unfortunately, no solution was found. In the end, I had to leave the entire trolley of goods in the store.
As someone who was trying to make a generous donation to help others in need, this experience was deeply frustrating. I hope the store will reconsider its policy on accepting coins and take steps to ensure that no other customer is put in a similar situation in the future.

Shocking behaviour by staff who roll their eyes at customers and find more value in gossiping with colleagues than to customers that pay their wages. Shame one member of staff can let the whole store down. Would give zero stars if possible for today's experience
