Attended the pharmacy today, was closed between 2:30 - 3pm as no pharmacist available. When she came back was told I’d have a half hour wait as two members of staff had gone for a break at the same time, not impressed as had to return back to work once I’ve collected. Managers need to get managing efficiently!!
