Simon helped me masses today and gave great advice. So, I bought my son 2 light jackets as opposed to one thicker coat. Really pleased with them both. Great customer service. Lady working there was very friendly too. Will definitely be back.

It's OK. I really hate the fact that it always says its "closing down", or "everything must go" or "70% off".... its very rarely any of those things, the prices are NOT cheap other than a few cheap items being sold cheaply. They should just price things correctly and stop pretending to be offering amazing discounts.

Hadley and Debbie really gave above and beyond service. Hadley helped me pick out a suitable coat with detachable fleece for my elderly mother then looked after her and my dog while I had to go home to get money !Shame he's leaving this position but good luck in his next job x

Friendly staff. Dog friendly shopping. Good range of clothing and outdoor paraphenalia. I just wish they'd stop this pricing charade. There's always some sort of discount, half price offer going on and frankly I often DON'T buy in case it's on sale following week. So no sale.
