This occasion I changed my working day forgetting the MOT?the team rang, offered another spot the same day without extra cost or ?grief? so I?m super pleased. The MOT was done in under an hour as is always the case. The online booking service is an extra bonus ??

Really happy with workmanship and all completed within the allotted appointment slot.Only gripe I have, and I have been caught out before, is the tyre pressures.Despite all being previously set up for a light load Front - 37 psi Rear - 32 psi when I got home they had all been set for a heavy load Front 37 psi Rear 43 psi. which if it went un-noticed is dangerous in the winter with a lot less traction on the rear.otherwise it would definitely been 5*

Staff were lovely, they got the job done in under 10 minutes, no messing around. Just got straight to the job and did what was required efficiently and quickly. Excellent customer service and very kind hearted staff. Made me feel very welcome which is exactly what you want at a car garage.Also the job was done brilliantly too.

Porsche MacanMichelin Latitude Sport 3's Fitted by Keith.My car was booked in for 08:30 19/05/21 and I was met bang on time by Keith the man who was going to carry out the job of fitting the tyres. I'd ordered a set of 4 online a few days before while visiting KwickFit Whitstable with the help of another guy who works there named Joel and he really helped me out so thank you Joel.Keith was really polite, professional and super knowledgeable too. Keith clearly took great care with the removal and fitting as absolutely no damage whatsoever and the wheels and new tyres looked pristine when I arrived to collect the car. I 100% recommend them. Brilliant service.You've got a cracking team there Jamie. Please pass on my HUGE THANKS to everyone there.These tyres are expensive anywhere BUT ordering on the KwickFit website saved me a packet. Quotes ranged from £1200+ to the £942 inclusive of everything I paid at KwickFit.All in all I was extremely impressed.Sam.
