Great Service. The quew can get quite long, but there were only 3 cars waiting when we arrived. My daughter loves the car wash, so she had a lovely experience. Depending on what wash you require, dictates the price. But all the prices are reasonable. The wash is very good. would recommend this Car wash.

Frustrating as it?s rarely open when it says it is, especially if you go anything less than 2 hours before closing time.

I've never had a problem with the quality of the wash. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Language may be a problem

Zero star review The triple foam is not working. Only water trickles out and does not even cover the car. I complained and got a £2.00 refund. Following an argument with the staff who were abusive and threatening.

I requested the HD cycle @ £15, once home I discovered my car was covered entirely with dirty streak marks!
A total waste of money!!
I used this car wash regularly in the past & NEVER had a problem.
Seems like a different team now operating.
The pre-wash service appeared rushed & inadequate.
Sadly, I will NOT be using them again & I certainly will NOT be recommending them, shame..

The worst car wash I have ever used. Inside cleaning was not available, I was told it was fully booked when I asked at midday! The car wash itself was horrendous, not only did it leave my car full of white spots so I had to clean it again myself, it also scratched the hell out of my headlights. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone!

Good, however actually getting into the car wash is not straight forward. I found it was quite difficult to see the guide rail. The staff seemed impatient to help guide you in. Some older people might find it difficult ?

First ever visit to an imo car wash. My car was very dirty so wasn't expecting miracles! The wash was very good quality and reasonably priced. There was a bit of a queue, so it took around 30 minutes. Which was fine. Would happily use imo again.
