Harvey Richards and West were extremely professional and efficient in dealing with the sale of our property. After having had a very negative experience with another agent, we were relieved to be dealing with individuals who were both optimistic and realistic. They matched the house with viable prospective purchasers and it was sold very quickly. When the first buyer pulled out unexpectedly, they were very reassuring and we quickly found another buyer. Shauna was absolutely brilliant all the way through. She communicated really well and helped greatly in navigating the sale through in record time despite the Covid situation. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a property, I recommend them most highly. A bespoke local company with excellent local knowledge who really understand the local market. That?s what makes HRW the best of the bunch in our opinion.

I bought my house through Harvey Richards and West and because of their amazing service at that time, there was only one agent I would choose when I decided to sell. I have now sold my property through them and Rory and Shauna put so much effort into the service they offer. They are professional, friendly and always go out of their way to help you as a buyer or seller. They respond instantly to emails and texts, I cannot fault them in any way. They?ve even helped me with things over the last couple of years when I haven?t been a customer, because they care. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are definitely the best agent in the area.

We called Harvey Richards six months ago and gave them a very specific brief along with several other agents in the town as our family needs meant only a particular sort of house would suit and within four weeks of giving them our brief our offer was accepted on a stunning sea view house where I now sit looking at the stunning sunset with my young family playing in the water. What a far cry London is. No other agent even called us !! Not even with something for us to view !!! therefore I cannot recommend Harvey Richards & West more highly to those seeking an outstandingly professional estate agent in Whitstable.
