I was having a very stressful time as my 4month old was really unsettled. I went in to sit down and have a drink to calm down.
The staff were so friendly and made me really welcome. They also realised I lost my boys bunny and went looking for it. I later found it and returned to tell them all, everyone was pleased.
Your staff went above and beyond and I thank you all for allowing me to unwind.

Not great, not terrible - the food is the highlight here, it's really good and a reasonable price which is unusual in Whitstable. Sadly the service could do with some work, the waitresses seem fairly unbothered or interested in helping, it almost seemed as if any request was a bit too much but perhaps this was an off day and we are all entitled to have off days.
The other area of improvement would be a second toilet, having one for all customers to share created quite a queue!

Disappointing, staff seemed like they couldn?t be bothered to serve us. Shame because I used to love coming here. I had the goats cheese salad. It was left on the pass under what looked like a heat lamp which made it soggy and warm and had a weird after taste.

Very nice little cafe in Whitstable! We came here for breakfast and their food is fantastic, they have loads of good breakfast options including vegetarian dishes which I love. The ingredients they use are also extremely fresh, I would definitely come back here again.

We?re not local to the area and booked a table last minute. Unfortunately, we just missed the brunch menu?which was what we originally came for?but still found some great options on the main menu.
The owner, Julie, was incredibly accommodating. I had a tired and hungry toddler with me, and she kindly brought over some toys and fresh bread to keep him happy while we waited for his meal.
The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. I?d definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you?re in the area!

Really lovely spot for brunch, avocado toast and the smoked salmon toast were both delicious! Service was great and very accommodating.

We visited for a late breakfast on a very hot, sunny Monday morning, when not much else was open for breakfast, but it wasn't too busy at around 9.45am. We chose a seat out the back, under the roofed area, which was initially very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately we were joined by a very noisy family with young children, and as result we decided to move inside. However, sat right next to kitchen was still much quieter!
We each had a Forager breakfast with added eggs (1x poached, 1x fried - both of which were cooked as expected). Food arrived in around 15 minutes from ordering, 10 minutes after drinks arrived - lovely coffee! Very delicious food; especially the smoky beans and sweet potato and chickpea fritter. Toast was nice, although it would have been nice to have a granary/wholemeal option.
There's a toilet out the back which was really clean, (with both disabled and baby change facilities) although the flush was a little odd!

Visited at 12.00 noon for a 'simple' lunch ... ordered poached eggs on toast & told the breakfast menu was finished, so was referred to the lunch menu.
What could be easier than what I wanted, which had been available earlier ....
