Great Cody restaurant, service is great however busy during peak hours such as lunch and tea time or breakfast
Atmosphere is great though I don't see the outside patio being used a lot?
Overall a great hideout for a chat or to enjoy food alike!

The staff were both ignorant and incompetent, completely unable to handle customer service. There were three employees focused on a leak as the sink broken or something so they prepared my iced drink in a dirty jug, and it tasted absolutely disgusting?after one sip, I nearly felt sick. When I asked for a replacement, explaining that the iced drink tasted off, they overreacted as if they hadn?t done anything wrong. The lady trying to fix the leak shouted at me and was incredibly rude, while the boy was untrained and also rude when making the drinks. I finally asked for a coffee with milk, but that, too, tasted awful?watery and flavorless. I ended up throwing it away. Sadly never going back there again.

Staff inattentive, stood around talking while I waited at the counter in front of them to order .. I walked out after a few minutes.

Love a costa. Staff are very polite and efficient. Atmostphere is very welcoming. The Costa here in Whitstable goes back quite a way and is very clean.

Coming into Costa in Whitstable was an absolute treat. We don't venture out very often but we decided that we would visit. The manager, I think her name was Adele, she is an absolute asset to the company. With care, a cheery disposition and a truly warm welcome, she is the definition of professionalism and warmth. Every customer she came into contact with had her undivided attention. The fortunate looking male that accompanied her, Tommy I think his name was, had the same disposition. What a great atmosphere to witness. The facilities were impeccable which cannot be said for some of the branches I have visited. Will DEFINITELY visit again and would like to thank such a lovely team for a truly astonishing experience.

Love Costa. The staff are my favourite people ever. Always going out of their way to make sure I'm okay and always having great chats with them. Love it!!

Staff are always super friendly! Adele, Lucas, April and Tom are so welcoming and accommodating, they know my order and always go the extra mile. My favourite place to go and have a coffee in Whitstable.
