Paid our first visit to The Coach & Horses after being asked to leave The Peter Cushing because we had my daughter's 2kg chihuahua with us, asleep in her carry bag. We were greeted by the wonderful Oliver who, by contrast, was friendly and welcoming and brought a bowl of water over for the dog. We had a lovely meal and really enjoyed our time there. Thank you, Oliver, for the warm welcome, wine, and sympathy!

worst pub quiz i have ever been to. it took over 3 hours from when it was supposed to start to the results being announced, which is crazy considering it had only 50 questions asked out loud. for a quiz that happens weekly, i truly dont know why anyone would ever return.

Another good Whitstable pub. We only stopped by for a short while, but there was a good atmosphere, some decent music playing and the service was good.
There was a good selection of drinks and there is also a small space outside to enjoy the sunshine if you are lucky enough to grab a seat. Unfortunately, we were not on our visit, but we will try again another time.

First time I went hear and it wasn't too bad, was very busy but was on a Saturday night. Didn't get a drink as someone else got me a drink.

I?ve never been to Whitstable before but thanks to my wonderful friends, they introduced me and my partner to this pub. Enjoyed some drinks here and don?t get me started with the music! This was definitely a favourite! Cannot wait to come back here again!

Absolutely love this pub! My sister and brother-in-law live in Whitstable and they introduced us to it - best pint of Guinness outside of Ireland, banging food and cocktails, really friendly staff and management - what?s not to like! Always a good crowd in there too with great DJ sets on Friday and Saturday nights. It was hard to leave, great fun and looking forward to going back next time we visit ???????

We tried this place after hearing lots of mixed reviews. A friend calls this place the Coke & Horses given the amount of people using cocaine here on a weekend! We went during the day when the rugby was on and the place was fairly busy but we found a seat and played some board games. If you want some basic lager and drinks, perhaps try elsewhere. They have a lot on tap here but not much to my liking. The toilets are a portaloo without any light, so good luck trying that on a busy night. We won?t be returning but I?ll be asking more opinions as to why people rave about this place.
