Always have to wait minimum 5 mins to be served, always understaffed and the staff that are there have no interest of going on the till they are always out the back, leaving one poor member of staff on the till by them self asking for help over and over again.

Would like to say how amazing my service was on Tuesday, It was very busy in the shop and despite this, a lovely shop assistant was able to help me, I would like to say a big thank you to Kayleigh she was very polite and helpful.

Walk in and people are queuing at the till but no one is there, so i say ?excuse me, is anyone serving?? to a member of staff. Only to be told to wait & that i?m rude! Excuse me? Terrible experience.
