*** Lois was most helpful, today at the checkouts. Nice staff in general, always helpful.** Needed to return to check all parts of the tap I?d bought were included in the box; the accompanying paperwork was not clear at all. Definitely better than it used to be. Paint mixing chap was excellent! Like the new checkout system with someone placed specifically to help with enquiries and managing any holdups.

Worst bnq ever, stocked up on materials got to check outs to be asked for ID for my trade card, since when do I need ID for a 10% discount that you?re paying cash for! I would understand if it?s a trade credit account but it?s not, Never been asked for I?d in any other bnq, shamely lost my business shopping there anymore

Rude & Expensive. Shopped there today, clearly under staffed. Went to the checkout and was told to use the the self-checkout, not asked or a sorry.Everything is so expensive in there now, check the prices on Amazon etc. before purchasing, you could save yourself so much money.

We purchased a kitchen in January this year ,but unfortunately due to the disorganisation and the chaos experienced, we had to cancel the order in the May following on from the constant chasing and due to the installers not showing up. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and whilst B&Q recognised this , it still took seven weeks for us to receive the refund. The B&Q business model does not lend itself well to putting customers at the centre of the service they should receive.

What a waste of space. B&Q have really gone downhill over the years. The buildings look tired, the products are expensive and variety of items in store is inadequate. Better off going to Homebase.
