Although they were fast at sorting out the parcel in the back, once they had my number, there was no-one there at the desk, and the system was down (again).They either need a button/bell that you can ring to get someone come to you, instead of queuing up in Customer Services, which is always busy.

I have never been so upset,m my wife and I spent a lot of money there but had to take a hair dryer back as it was not working properly.But the yougy man was rude to my wife and myself and we will not return there ever again

I picked up an Argos order I did online the previous day. Service was pretty quick, I had to wait around the service point only a few minutes before a staff member came to me. The staff seemed a little confused by the process but hopefully will get better.
