The rude member of staff dropped the item we paid £250 for infront of my wife and didn't even apologise. Argos is an after thought at this Sainsburys

Although they were fast at sorting out the parcel in the back, once they had my number, there was no-one there at the desk, and the system was down (again).They either need a button/bell that you can ring to get someone come to you, instead of queuing up in Customer Services, which is always busy.

I have never been so upset,m my wife and I spent a lot of money there but had to take a hair dryer back as it was not working properly.But the yougy man was rude to my wife and myself and we will not return there ever again
