Visited Topps Tiles Dover this morning - Great service - all the staff were very helpful and informative about the right adhesives to use with the type and size of tiles selected.
Would recommend a visit very time.

Staff are so helpful , but not pushy !
Got some fab square tiles in White , Powder Blue , & Lemon , perfect for our retro kitchen !
Also bought the ready mixed tile adhesive, that was really good to use , ? recommend Top Tiles ?

We visited the Dover stop and was served by Rob. If it was possible to give more than 5* then he should receive them. From the moment we entered the Store he was welcoming and coul not do enough to help us find exactly what we was looking for. He even offered to split a pack if necessary. It was as though he could read our mind and had the perfect tiles for us. I cannot speak highly enough about him. I would not want to go anywhere else now. Thank you Rob for all your help.

What a wonderful Sales Assistant Ryan is! I rang Topps Tiles in Whitfield to enquiry about the stock of a particular tile, and he provided the information over the phone along with the shop address details so I would be able to find it.
The stock on the tile I needed was quite limited and I could not come to the shop to buy it until two days after my call.
What was my surprise when I got to the shop to see that Ryan had held the two boxes of tiles I needed over the counter, waiting for me to pick them up today.

Firstly, we were allowed to browse without being bothered, being given the chance to absorb all the products to make our choice and make the experience much better is always pleasant,
Secondly, when we did eventually go and enquire about costing and what we?d need Harry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding everything that we required, even things that we?d not thought about,
