They clearly have a massive issue with staffing! Very long queues and on two occasions they have lost the meds. Communication is terrible as if Gp send a prescription and they do not have product in there is no communication to let you know.

The staff are nice and efficient but the pharmacist refused to cash a private prescription that her colleague had found perfectly alright the month before!!

Absolutely the WORST ever pharmacy I have ever used. I have now asked my surgery to stop sending my prescriptions there and have selected an alternative.The pharmacists (yes more than one) are constantly late by 15 to 20 minutes which is disgusting and the female one is arrogant and rude and doesn't have time for us mere mortals. Often my medication is not available even though I've been texted to come and collect. Something needs to be done about this pharmacy it is a disgrace. Customers constantly in a queue waiting when staff are apparently just having a social chat.

Can be very busy best to get prescription into Doctors so that they have time to organize prescribed medications, the staff are usually very good but you can tell when they are under pressure so stupid give them a hard time.

Just spent 30 minutes in a queue because there is one person serving to deal with prescriptions and over the counter sales. Totally inadequate. Avoid.

Usually friendly, informative and helpful. Really like the informative text whenever I have a prescription so never have to be on the phone ages to see if it had been filed or need to make time wasting visits to find out it isn't done or taking longer than expected, which I have experienced at other pharmacies over the years ? ??

This is by far the worst pharmacy there has ever been. There is always around 6 people working there but you still have to wait till near death to get a response. For them to then say sorry can?t help you or that?ll be 40 minutes to give you this box of pills that you can see behind me. Pathetic excuse for customer service. It literally cannot get worse than this. I would give zero stars if I could

Awful service. Needed a vet prescription filled. I had phoned them beforehand and was told they could do it and the price. When I got there it wasn't available except one more than double the price. Found them to be very dismissive, I won't be going there for my prescriptions.
