Ordered via Uber Eats and the food turned up cold. Two bottles of water I ordered were missing so had to request a refund. The new burger was terrible, all batter and bun. KFC now stands for 'Kan't Find the Chicken' if you spell can't incorrectly, in my honest opinion.

Absolutely rude staff won't take orders in person. Have to use a computer to order and no help given or offered. Won't be coming back again.

Ordered through just eat, got delivered the wrong order! Even though the code was given! So that's four unhappy customers, two people here with the wrong food and the other two unfortunate people who were delivered ours! What is Britain coming to? Can't even perform basic tasks properly.....is this address on this label the right one?.....

Visited KFC today, whilst waiting for our food order. We saw a member of staff drop cooking tongs on the floor and then pick them up and put them on the side. Not into a washing area! He then used them again for food for the next order. We mentioned to the man who handed us the food and he just said he would tell them. We questioned the fact the tongs shouldn?t be being used after being on the floor and he smirked and closed the serving hatch doors. Very bad hygiene standards , witnessed first hand.

I have been a few times. This time there was spillage on the floor near the bin. A large Puddletown Coca-Cola. It was still there when we left. The food is great I like the occasional KFC. The staff were frie dry but could have cleaned the spillage. Handy parking and reasonable prices.

Wrong order sent, so when you call them they laugh at you and refuse to send correct order plus refuse to let you speak to the manager.
