Called in for a coffee on Saturday afternoon, there were lots of tables that needed to be cleared; some customers were clearing their tables but nowhere to leave the trays. 2 staff on and people were coming in but when there was a lull in foot traffic 1 went out for a cigarette which is OK but the other was on his phone

Served up Dine-In food and drink in paper bags and disposable cups while the tables were full of dirty cups and dishes, claimed to be too busy but no queue and were happily chatting to their friends, We won't be going back.

It's a costa coffee shop, and I a fan of their coffee - I buy it daily from anywhere selling it. I've always found this one to have good staff. The only difference, between them all, is do they keep the tables cleared and clean and not sneeze into their hands, then wipe the equipment without washing their hands. Don't see the former much and see that latter way too many times!

Staff were quick and efficient. Nice and quiet as we were quite early. Vegan sausage bap was quite tasty.
