So pleased with my hair extension. The salon was clean and welcoming and Louise was a brilliant stylist. She explain what would happen in the appointment and then went through the aftercare for me. I had hair extensions put through the front as due to medication have lost a lot of hair and I finally feel like me again. The colour match was brilliant. Lovely hot chocolate and felt relaxed throughout the appointment. Will definitely be returning.Service: Hair extensions

Great haircut and colour.However, I had some questions about pricing afterwards, due to it not being clearly stated on the website. This led to incredibly poor customer service, long reply times, rudeness and going back on their words. Very disappointing and as of this I will not be returning.Service: Hair coloring

Unbelievably disappointing service, we had a blow dry booked in for our sister in law?s hen for 2 months and they called the morning of to cancel as the stylist was ill, with no alternative slot or option to help us out. We appreciate these things can happen and you can?t help illnesses but to have no contingency plan for a staff member who they said is prone to illness is not good enough. They made no effort to try and find a solution which given this was an important event you would expect any service provider to try and do. Fortunately we called Shine and they couldn?t do more to help us and booked us in immediately.

Popped into Q after being recommended by a friend to book a Keratin Hair Treatment and was completely ignored!!!One lady was right by the entrance door colouring a ladies hair whilst the other two were at the back in what I presume was a little coffee are/store room. Not one person acknowledged me so after standing there for about 5 mins I then left and booked in with one of the other salons on the high street. Very rude and will not be trying there again

Got an hair treatment(keratin) done here, haven't had the best results. Curls were back on just after a wash. Called them the next day to talk to the hairdresser to get some help, as it was mentioned to me that it would last for 6 months. He was busy with another customer, so was told I will get a call back later. but never got that call till date.Not a great place if you are looking for a hair treatment (keratin).
