On hold for 27 minutes and still no answer! Recorded message says I?m number 1 in the queue yet each time the ring tone occurs, I?m then sent back to the recorded message telling me I?m number one in the queue. It would be easier to get an audience with the pope then speak to a member of the practice team!

dangerously oversubscribed, never able to get an appointment, staff are not helpful at all, just want to get rid of you... wish there was another surgery or option, but sadly we are stuck with such a terrible Dr's surgery...
