Being a firm believer in supporting local charity shops with both donations and purchases I have always found this shop welcoming, tidy, clean with lots of bargains!! Giving to a great cause and recycling at its best. What on earth has happened here? Friday I was greeted by the most miserable (volunteer/employee) I have ever come across. Working on her own, totally lacking any customer engagement and hating every minute of serving the public!! The shop was an untidy mess looking like a jumble sale and any previous ?fun and happiness? I have witnessed within the walls was totally drained?Maybe this charity should review its workforce and why they are forever looking for new volunteers - no retainment??

Best Charity Shop in the area. Helpful, friendly staff. Well managed shop. Clean and organised. Very competitive prices.Particularly good for books and music.

I think this is the best charity shop I've ever been to and I've been to plenty. the prices are very good and the quality is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful Highly recommended.
