Do not bother to go to this shop on a Sunday afternoon at about 3pm ,they already had they shutters down ready when I arrived, was aware that they would be closing soon..I walked in to look for personalised Christmas cards?There was a womancoughing coughing very loudly in the background .The ( man , obviously the husband )came over to me and very abruptly showed me the cards that I was looking for.I felt so under pressure to choose the cards that I said to the man ?do you want me to leave??When I asked to see a different personalised card the man said ?here?!!I?d obviously spent too long looking for my cards..So, I paid and left..I always like to use the local high street shops and give them my money but,if I?m made to feel so unwelcome ,as I was this afternoon (17 th Dec 2023) I?d rather go to the big stores where you get a bigger choice and nobody makes you feel unwelcome .Roll on Bluewater!!

Ordered some pretty tins to use as Christmas presents and they were hand delivered the same day. I was even contacted when the parcel was delivered as per my directions but it was raining so they were concerned - customer service you don't get with Amazon. I'm so pleased to start supporting this local business.

Delightful gift shop with very helpful staff. The ladies went out of their way to help me when I was putting together favour bags for the babies and toddlers at my wedding. They always have a good range of beautiful and unusual gifts.
