Rapid and fresh delivery. Ordered around 10pm and pizza was delivered about 15 mins later. Hot and fresh and accurate order including sides. Very impressive. Nothing to fault.

I ordered a veggie pizza from this place, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy inside. Every bite was bursting with flavor?honestly, one of the best pizzas I?ve had in a long time. Absolutely delicious, perfectly made, and simply amazing. Would come back again

Awful.
Waited 50 minutes for the wrong pizza to show up. The driver is rude about it. I call the store. Store are rude to me on the phone about it. They argue with me, then agree to replace it. Then send me the correct one, but of course in a smaller one than I paid for? over an hour after I order. Putting it in the right size box most likely to try get away with it.
I call to request for a refund. The woman on the phone is incredibly rude, and very aggressive. I was as patient and reasonable as I could be.
Shameful service. I was given no proof of a refund being processed either? so I?m skeptical as to whether I?ll actually receive one. Will never order again.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Kingshill, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! The standout of my meal was the Mexicana pizza?it was absolutely delicious! The combination of spicy jalapeños, flavorful chicken, and the perfect amount of cheese made every bite a treat. The crust was just right, crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, making it the perfect base for all those bold, savory flavors.
But it wasn't just the pizza that impressed me. The sides were fantastic as well! I tried the garlic bread and chicken wings, and both were perfect accompaniments to the main dish. The garlic bread was buttery and soft, and the wings were crispy with just the right amount of seasoning.
The service was quick, and my order arrived hot and fresh. It?s clear that the team at this location takes great pride in their food and customer service.
If you're a fan of bold, spicy flavors, I highly recommend giving the Mexicana pizza a try, along with some tasty sides. I?ll definitely be ordering from this Domino's again soon!

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Kingshill, and I was thoroughly impressed! The pepperoni pizza was absolutely delicious ? perfectly cooked with a generous amount of tasty, high-quality pepperoni. The chicken sides were equally amazing, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning.
One thing I really appreciated was the clear and helpful labeling on the menu, especially for vegetarians. It made it easy to find options that suit my preferences, which is always a big plus when ordering out. The overall experience was smooth, and the food was delivered hot and fresh. It has been twice where we have not been happy. First the pizza cheese was burnt and second where the toppings that we paid extra was missing. Dominos won?t exchange as we ate one slice and the person on phone insisted that we check the pizza before accepting as it?s like our mistake. They did exchange on one occasion but the person spoke in a way that he is doing a favour.

Always fast, piping hot and delicious pizza from Kings Hill Domino?s Pizza. I recently ordered and the pizza was missing a few toppings, not the end of the world as it tasted really nice anyway. But I rung just to mention and the Manager was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify. Excellent customer service - well done! (-:
