So impressed by the service offered by DialAFlight who answer the phone within 4 rings which contributes to great customer service and satisfaction. Also, to be able to speak to the same person about your booking. Jim in this instance and Todd when Jim was on leave. Both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Gareth at Dial a flight is so helpful and patient, especially when I kept changing my mind! He recommended a beautiful hotel and got us a great deal on flights and transfers too. Will be using again for this years holiday and all future trips!

This was the first time I'd ever used a travel agency - I didn't know what I was missing!With the post-pandemic complications for air travel, I thought it might be better to let professionals handle my reservations. I was so lucky to contact DialAFlight. The price was about the same as I would have paid to book on my own, but the extra help they gave me (the first flight was changed due to the airline, the return flight was changed due to the airline, new forms and requirements have been added for flying, etc., and they took care of everything) made this trip as easy as it could have been.Special thanks to Glen Blackburn of the Millbrook House, Kent, office. He and his colleagues were quick to respond to my queries and sorted several complicated issues. Kudos to you all!If you're thinking of booking your next trip with a travel agent, I highly recommend giving DialAFlight a call. I will certainly be using them for my next flight.

Found this company a few years ago fantastic service nothing is ever too much of a problem ! Phones are always answered with in 5 rings all the staff are so helpful especially Les & Teddy would highly recommend for all your travel arrangements

Hugo is the best travel agent in the world. He found me the best flight within 10 min of contacting him and gave me advice above and beyond his call of duty, about airports, visas, airlines rules, etc etc. He educated me and made me like an experienced traveler just from one phone call.
