I have used Vigo Grill for years and there's been some bad service previously but I waited a few months before trying again to see if things improved.
But yesterday was the last time I am going to be messed about. Firstly I was sent an item I did not order and the chips I ordered were missing. I ring up and I'm told they send out the missing chips. Someone else then rings to say they are to busy to send the chips and didn't want to refund the money to my card , they suggested they would bring the money to me before they opened today but to no surprise to me what so ever no one showed up.
I don't appreciate being lied to. When you make a mistake you rectify the problem. Who ever called me back has now lost you future orders.

Ordered donner and chicken shish. Collected from the shop, excellent quality large portion size couldn't fault it, vigo grill has always been good

I?ve been going here for about 10 years now and this is still my favourite kebab place. The people are really friendly and the food is really good, especially the salad which is levels above any other I?ve tried from a kebab place. If there are ever any mistakes they resolve them promptly and it?s a really well run business.

The food was uneatable it was all over cooked the sausages were like they had been reheated the saveloy was definitely off , it was disgusting would never eat from there again, even my dog turned his nose up !

Chip shop chips with kebab and burger why ??? If I want chipshop I would of gone to a fish and chip bar Soggy burger bun like sludge not edible! Waste of 30 quid worst takeaway I've ever had will not be ordering again

Lately deliveries are slow or simply forgotten about and over the course of the last year the food has started tasting bad, like chips were cooked in old oil and kebab meat of a low quality.This is a shame because for many years this had been one of the best kebabs around. I will give it some months and try again, I'd love to put 5 stars

The owner of the shop greeted me with a warm welcome and the conversation was pleasant. Selection of kebabs burgers and sides. Clean and presentable shop and the food was very nice as well. Chicken shish, lamb shish and large chips all tasty.Parking: 50 yards walk from the shopa
